Rodney Rad

Rodney Rad, President of Innovation Refunds, is a seasoned leader with a focus on technology-driven business services and solutions. With a strong background in operational excellence and revenue growth, Rodney oversees the company's operations and ensures exceptional client service.

Previously, Rodney served as the Executive Vice President of ESI, a global consumer electronics manufacturer and distributor, where he led distribution and manufacturing efforts for top retailers worldwide. Rodney's commitment to entrepreneurship is reflected in his roles as a founding board member of Innovation Refunds and his active participation in funding early-stage consumer electronics startups.

Rodney holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Santa Monica College. Based in Los Angeles, he enjoys coaching for the Beverly Hills Basketball League and resides with his wife and two children.
