Sean Kon

Sean Kon is a visionary leader with a passion for the convergence of financial products, emerging technology, and social impact. As the Chief Innovation Officer and Cofounder of Innovation Refunds, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's product and technology initiatives. With 14+ years of experience, Sean has a proven track record of fueling growth and success. He previously led digital strategies as the Head of Digital for North America at H&H Group and worked as a consultant at Accenture. Sean's diverse background includes serving as a Guest Editor for TechCrunch and co-founding Temple Wellness. 

Sean holds a bachelor's degree in international business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and has pursued additional education at the American Business School of Paris, Bryant University, and Berlitz Language School and Culture Training, specializing in Mandarin Chinese. He lives in Miami and in his free time he enjoys surfing, spearfishing and hiking.
