Theresa Stevenson is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience. As the Chief People Officer at Innovation Refunds, she drives organizational goals through people-centric solutions. Theresa’s former notable roles include Director of Human Resources at UnityPoint Health, where she oversaw HR operations across three campuses with 5,000+ team members, and actively engaged in transgender and DEI work. She also served as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing consulting and coaching to senior leaders on organizational objectives.

In addition to her corporate experience, Theresa held positions as HR Director and Sr HRBP at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, collaborating with executive teams to foster collaboration and achieve business goals. Furthermore, she successfully ran her own business as a Resume Coach, leveraging her HR expertise to assist job seekers in creating compelling resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
